Soul Dresses
… on the endless battle between and soul and its sheath.
Each week, I sew and paint seven dresses in seven predefined colors, depending on the day of the week.
The dresses all have the same cut.
They are to serve as the embodiment of the soul and tell of stories, experiences, desires, mourning and suppression.
The dresses are photographed on my body by me.
On this day, at this location and according to the particular circumstances of life, the soul and sheath shall touch.
This constellation will never repeat itself.
A new sheath for every day.
I will wear my last sheath when I meet upon death. He will undress me when I salute him.
